Process
How we run a project from call to handover
Six steps, all written down. You always know where the work is, who owns it, and what happens next.
Discovery call
A 30-minute call to understand the work, the outcome you need, and whether we are the right fit. No pitch — just questions and straight answers.
Scope and proposal
We write down what is in, what is out, the deliverables, the timeline, and the cost. You see the whole picture before you commit to anything.
Agreement and kickoff
We sign a short agreement, confirm the commercial terms, and run a kickoff to align everyone on the plan and the first milestones.
Delivery
We run the work week to week. A named owner, written status, decisions logged, and blockers chased — so the plan stays honest as reality changes.
Handover
You receive the deliverables, the documentation, and a clean handover. The work continues without us, because it was built to.
Review
A short post-project review to confirm what landed, capture lessons, and decide whether anything else needs a named owner.
What you can expect from us
- A named owner for your project, not a rotating roster
- Written status every week — not just when something goes wrong
- Same-day replies on weekdays during US and South Africa business hours
- Decisions logged in writing, with the impact on scope and cost
- A clean handover with documentation, not a quiet exit
What we need from you
- One decision-maker we can go to when something needs a yes or no
- Access to the people, systems, and context we need to do the work
- Reasonable response times on questions we raise during delivery
- Honest feedback when something is not working for you
Tools
We work in your tools where we can. If you do not have a tool for something, we bring a simple, written approach that does not require you to buy software.
- Project plans and schedules: standard Gantt-style planning
- Status and reporting: written weekly summaries
- Documents and change control: shared, versioned, written
- Meetings: video calls on your preferred platform
- Comms: email and your team chat of choice

Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether we are a fit.
