The founder
A project manager who got tired of projects that don't finish
I am a PMP-certified project manager. With 5+ years of delivery experience and 35+ projects delivered across growing businesses, I have run configuration and implementation work, digital projects, and delivery for teams that need high-touch, dependable ownership.
I started Zenix because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart owners, good tools, and projects that drifted. Not because anyone was careless, but because no one was holding the finish line. I wanted to build a practice where the answer to "who owns this?" is always a real person with a real date.
I work across United States and South Africa business hours, reply same-day on weekdays, and put everything in writing. If you have been burned by a consultant who went quiet, that is the thing I am most careful not to do.
Why Zenix exists

Most businesses can buy the tool and name the goal. The gap is the middle — the week-to-week discipline that turns a goal into a finished thing. That gap is where we live.
